Had a call to say someone would be in touch to survey our property. I never heard anything else
Energy pig arranged for someone to attend the property to survey the house for the relevant work. He arrived on time to the job after giving me a call to say he was on the way. I asked for a survey for internal wall and also underfloor insulation. He was able to quickly determine that there was adequate internal insulation already (which was missed on the EPC) and that we did not have the space needed for underfloor. I then asked him to check the attic as well which he was happy to do. Excellent service!
A surveyor attended and checked my property, but unfortunately I don't have a cavity wall so they can't insulate that way. Surveyor gave me information for an alternative , but not able to go ahead with that at this time
