Halo did a good job. The leaking tap head was meant to be replaced with a new one. He bought 4 different matching sizes but they were not exact match because the tap on the pipe that is leaking is very old. He had to find a way to solve the leak by re-threading the old tap head and the leak stopped. This after two days of trying every possible solution in a small space which he gets into each time to do the work. The leak stopped and no drop was coming out at all.
