I hired HB Property Services to carry out alterations to a door at a rental property I own. The initial finish looked good, but the door no longer closed properly afterwards and required a return visit at additional cost. While I can�t be certain the issue was caused by the work, we had no prior problems. More concerning was my tenant�s experience, describing the contractor as unprofessional and making her feel uncomfortable. I will not use them again.
