Prompt response to my initial request. Richard the sales representative turned up on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly but most importantly honest which puts you at ease. The engineer Simon who came to diagnose the problem was also very knowledgeable friendly and honest. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly at an absolute fraction on the cost of a new boiler in which I was told by another company was the issue! The pump had stopped working so was very relieved that no new boiler was needed
