Diego and his team are very conscientious, helpful and approachable. They take feedback well and implement requested changes. They are very organised and deliver a very good level of service. I would recommend them.
I hired this company to clean 5 days a week. They sent a really great professional quote and sounded legit. In the one and half weeks they were with us they have turned up late, not turned up and at this moment in time have not returned my calls/emails so I don’t know if they are coming or not? It’s Monday and they didn’t turn up all weekend and today and no response from management. Very unprofessional.
They were very efficient pleasant to deal with and turned up as agreed. A good job was done however only one cleaner came to clean for the day and the check in report noted some items were dusty.
We have nothing but positive things to say about JN Cleaning - they started on a temporary contract to fill an interim period between cleaners and we have now employed them permanently. Excellent customer service and a thoroughly professional clean every day. Many thanks to Diego and the team.
