Great work when I had managed to agree the insurance claim. Apologies to John at JNM for the delays on our side. John was flexible, imaginative and open to suggestion on approach. Would rehire and highly recommend.
Pointing / Repointing
Took connectors of my outside water tap. It is now over 4 days and has not returned the parts as promised Turned up on the first day of the agreed work, then did not turn up for the next two days .Had to chase up with a reminder of the missed completion deadline. Very poor on commutation, i.e., sending a text notification at 2:00 pm about not turning up to work on the day

Job completed to a satisfactory standard. We had a few delays due to the frosty/cold weather but out of everyone's control and John kept me up to date. John was polite and cleared up as he went along. I would recommend

I have no hesitation in recommending John . Communication was excellent and a mutually convenient date was agreed quickly . He turned up as promised , did a great job and left everything clean and tidy . Very pleasant tradesman I would be happy to hire again .
