John was very nice to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and worked out the best and most cost effective way to deal with our flat roof problem. His team was very efficient and got the work done in 1 day. John also provided us with a 10-year guarantee on the work, which is great for peace of mind. Would definitely recommend.

John and his lads came and laid a new felt roof for a job of mine very good job came on time kept the place clean and overall done a very good quality job highly recommended nice one again John

John, came and did the quote on time and gave an estimate on the spot. He also confirmed the start date. The work was completed efficiently and cleanly and I was very happy with the work done on the flat roof. I guess the true test will come once we get the rain. Thanks Jay

Slate & Tiled Roof
Promised on numerous dates to honour the quote for work on my parapet walls that he gave but when the expected time to start the job arrived he pushed back the time even further, and has now refused to do the job completely. Not very reliable and not very trustworthy, if he didn't want to do the job he should have said earlier. Not very honorable conduct.

Once again Mrs Capron as i said on numerous occasions feel free to get another roofer as im trying to finish work that i have already started and due to the rain we have had it has put me way behind. So again im sorry for any inconvenience caused.

It has been 2 months since your first start date(02.01.14). It has only been communicated today (28th February 2014) suggesting that I find an alternative person for this job.
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
John and his team were great. Very accommodating, worked around my schedule as was desperate to get cabins dry. Turned up on time and worked extremely hard to beat the weather and get back to water tight. Very professional job in torch felting 2 x roofs, gave good advice and looks good. Has used quality materials. Had a few downpours of rain since and where water was saturating before, no water ingress now. Will definitely recommend in the future and use on other projects. Don't hesitate to hire.
