Lock Fitting / Repair

Hired to fix locks on the doors and windows for us. Work was completed to a mostly acceptable standard but issue with door locks still remained. Was informed that it would be an easy fix, with the part taking 2 weeks to arrive but someone would be in touch to keep us up to date. After 2 weeks, I had to chase up to ask, receiving a 'I'll check tomorrow and let you know' response. A further 2 weeks and 2 ignired messages, I've still had no response and still have the issues with the door. Wouldn't recommend
Wooden Decking
John and his brothers gave us a very reasonable quote. They turned up punctually and did the work to an extremely high standard. All the seams on the wooden deck line up beautifully and the steps are expertly finished. We are delighted and will be using them again in the future.
Cat Flap - Installation
John came out to fit a cat flap to our hardwood back door. I was very impressed by his workmanship and his attitude to working for us. He arrived when he said he would, did a great job in just 40 minutes, offered to clear up all the debris, and was very polite whilst he was in our home.
