If you had of reached out to us once we had completed our emergency call out which caused our delay we would of had freed you a gesture of good will and completed your service for free, but as you didn’t . we couldn’t offer this gesture. Needed a gas cert and got a prompt response. But then cancelled on the day, and messed around, and cancelled again. I understand he had an emergency, but it's an annoying waste of time, as I then had to rearrange with someone else.
