James from JTAI plumbing was excellent and investigated, resolved and then fixed a tricky long term issue for us in the space of a couple of hours. He was super professional and knowledgeable and had all the necessary equipment on hand to deal with everything. Could not be happier. Highly recommended.
Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Excellent service. James contacted me immediately, came to my house 10 minutes later and assessed what needed to be done (replacement under sink pipework). He then left and texted me shortly after with a reasonable quote and his availability. He returned promptly and completed the job. All of this on a Bank Holiday! He is a polite and courteous young man and he left my kitchen spotless. I would highly recommend him and will certainly use him again. 5 stars well deserved from a very satisfied customer.
