He appeared confident to me, he turned up on time, I asked him for a plush level lawn, i was left with 14" slope he used basic turf, I asked for a patio to be built at a certain level, he built it 10" higher and it breached the damp proof course causing problems, i have 22mm sandstone paving and he spot bedded them in place, causing the slabs to become loose and crack, the pointing was very poor and is crumbling away, a wall he built was very poorly constructed and the pointing was very poor
Arrived on time each day and carried work out quick and kept everything tidy. Quality finish. Will use again.
