Technically sound, assessed situation and proposed agreeable plan, positive attitude to difficult job, fair price quoted, timely communications, committed to agreed date, worked to his plan, addressed issues outside his plan well by discussion and proceeded to finish job in a very professional manner. Very good all round attitude and approach.
