Mark phoned and turned up the following morning with his young colleague ( sorry didn't catch his name). Decent quote and cracked on with the roof tile and gutter bracket replacement. Job done! Very friendly and helpful service. Thanks Mark and team.
Guy called me in the morning - came to look at the job - gave me price - gave him the green light and did it straight away - he identified some additional scope whilst on the roof. We agreed a small extra charge. Job was done in no time. Cleaned up afterwards. Even though job didn't take long, I was happy to pay price. Hopefully the mortar will stay in tact after winter beatings, frost and hot sun in the summer.
