I cannot comment on his work but I can comment on his unreliability he messaged me and said he would call Monday to price up the work I need doing and send me a message what time he would arrive. He never sent me a message or a time so anyone who's unreliable I'm glad that they're not working for me.

I advertised my job and Lavdim came back with a very, very reasonable quote the same day and attended to do the job the following day. He is a courteous and well mannered chap who just got on with the job and left everywhere spotless when he finished.
