Eri was very punctual and efficient. He worked quivkly and cleanly and explained what he had done. Will certainly be asking him to service my boiler again next year. (Apologies to him for delay in posting rating, but family crisis).
Very unreliable we arranged a day but no time so I sent him a msg at lunch time and tried to call him no reply till 6:00 in the evening to tell me he got tied up on another job I would of understood that if had told me earlier on in the day lost a days wages myself having to be home to wait for him ??
