About
We are two Polish partners and friends, who have been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. Initially we started as sub-contractors, but clients started recommending us to other family members and friends and our direct work increased very quickly. Finally we decided to start our own company and M&P Dream house Constructions was born.
Over the past years, we have worked on over 200 projects – anything from new builds to extensions and kitchen & bathrooms. We handle small and large projects with the same level of detail, professionalism and service.
We know, that if our clients are happy then we will be referred and therefore a 100% client satisfaction is key to our business.
Over 80% of our work is through referrals and we wish to keep it this way.

House Extension
Marek and Piotr (M&P Dream House) have just completed an extension project of my garden flat in London. This was a challenging project with complexities due to lack of side access, a big mature tree in the garden (deeper foundations) and shortage of building materials. M&P team overcame all the difficulties almost effortlessly! Everyone on their team had very good work ethic, polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
House Extension
Very good Buildiers, high quality brick work and the interior finish was excellent. Would recommend. My work was a large double story extension and they get the job done in good time.
Garage Conversion
We hired Marek and Piotr to undertake a garage conversion and some work on our entrance. They did a fantastic job, on time and on budget. Marek communicated directly with building control and when issues arose they were handled promptly and efficiently. The end result was perfect and the successful completion of this job meant we also hired them to renovate three bathrooms and they did an equally fantastic job here.
Loft Conversion
M&P team did a fantastic job renovating our house. The work took a little longer than planned but we are very happy with the result. Would highly recommend.
