Macaulay Tree Services is based in Ampthill and covers all of Bedfordshire and North Hertfordshire. We are a small team of 3 led by Liam Macaulay who has 9 years of experience in Tree surgery and Urban Forestry and has a FdSc degree in Arboriculture from Northampton University. We offer all tree services including stump grinding and we also specialise in high hedges and fencing.

Absolutely thrilled with the service. I requested my tree to be removed leaving a stump & everything to be taken away. Very helpful with any questions I had. The two guys were so professional and I am so glad I went with them.

Just felled a large pine tree in my garden . They couldn’t take branches away as lack of access. But Matty and his mate left my garden exactly to my wishes. A brilliant job done and would definitely recommend this company .

Liam and his team have done an absolutely marvellous job felling a BEAST oak tree in our driveway! Team is so professional and polite....they did exactly what I had asked for after Liam explained every minute detail and gave all the options.Always arrived on time and cleared the mess afterwards in an extremely professional manner!
