As a smaller company, we are able to offer cheaper call out rates, and exceptional customer service - your business and doing the best job we can truly does matter to us.
We offer a free CCTV drain investigation on completion of blockages (access permitting) to give you the peace of mind that the problem has been dealt with. This will also identify any defects which may have caused the issue and stop issues from reoccurring.

Arrived within a couple of hours, and solved the problem. Also fixed the sliding shower doors, so did a bit extra, I thought the rate quoted was reasonable.He stayed over the time anticipated, but charged only his original rate. A thoroughly pleasant young man who deserves to do well in his business.

Chris, the owner of Mallet Drainage was so efficient, from time of posting to him clearing my Drains was 2 hours! That included a full survey of my drains with a camera; a clean; a blockage cleared as well as some broken concrete pipe cleared & a further clean (outside & inside my house (he even took his boots off) & a third final rinse. I could not recommend him higher enough!
