Mark was great from start to finish. The job remit expanded whilst he was working with us and he took it all in his stride. He was incredibly helpful and attentive and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs flooring!

Mark was great at the outset - very responsive and keen to help, seemly went out of his way to get the job done and even saved us money in the process, I have unfortunately had to revise my rating down to two stars. Having completed the job and been paid upfront we were then completely let down by Mark who failed to come back and fix various snags including replacing the bathroom flooring which had not been fitted correctly. A lesson learnt by us to withhold full payment until satisfied with the job.

Unfortunately I fell ill resulting in me being hospitalised! I tried to arrange for sub contractors to attend but all let me down ( I won’t use sub contractors again) I’m back working thankfully so will be contacting Mrs Hallett to hopeful resolve any remaining issues! Any potential customers, please look at all my reviews as this was a one off on my behalf

Please forgive the many mistakes in my previous reply, I couldn’t see the text! Basically, I’ve reached out to Mrs Hallett and am awaiting a response! I won’t use sub contractors again and will carry out every future job myself !
