MKM PROJECT was established 2 years ago after working self employed for 18 years. I have been involved in many projects from basement, extensions, full house or flat refurbishments and loft conversion. Structural steel fittings, footings, brick and stud walls, roof structure, flooring, kitchen and bathroom fittings, tiling, joinery, plastering & painting. I have a SMSTS course done. First aid course.

Mario is the best all-round builder I have come across. He is at home with plumbing, building, joinery, tiling, electrics and decorating work, all done in a cheerful, positive manner. He converted our decaying washroom into a modern utility room with panache and I would recommend him to anyone.
Mario has worked on many projects for us over the years, most recently a bathroom renovation. Marioâs attention to detail and wise feedback on ideas has always impressed us. He is an excellent carpenter, tiler and general builder with many years experience.
We have recently had a full refurbishment of our large ground floor flat. Mario did a fantastic job from start to finish, maintaining a really high standard. He has a great eye for detail and made many helpful suggestions along the way. Excellent communication. Would highly recommend.
Mario did a great job fitting my three bathrooms. He tiled using porcelain and encaustic tiles. He managed to fit a concealed Wc cistern in a tricky space. He always left the site clean and organised, worked swiftly and efficiently. He is extremely competent and I have no hesitation recommending his work.
