Modernization

Igor and his team did a great job for me in renovating and updating a Grade II Listed townhouse in Clifton. The scope of works included extensive repairs, all new plumbing & electrics, a new staircase, kitchen and bathrooms, and complete re-decoration throughout. Igor was always extremely efficient and helpful, and overall I was happy and satisfied with both the price and the quality of work, although it did take a bit longer than expected to complete.

Igor and his team did a great job on our remodelling, including knocking through between our kitchen and dining room, fitting new flooring and kitchen, installing new windows and removing chimney breasts. The guys were always so considerate, quiet and kind, and did the job to an excellent standard. Really pleased with the work and the finished product, great value and really nice guys, would definitely recommend to anyone needing building work.

Igor & his team were very efficient, they turned up & worked long hours every day until the job was complete. We really appreciated Igors input & expertise - he came up with frequent helpful suggestions with options of differing price. Igor was very transparent from the get go when it came to costs which we really appreciated. Would absolutely use again - we are delighted with the work.

We were really happy with Igor and his team - very personable, very detail orientated and a pleasure to work with. Igor had our job finished bang on time, and although we encountered some unexpected problems with our house, he presented us with solutions in a range of options to fit our budget to be as cost effective as possible. His teams turned up on time, and worked very quickly. The end result was a quality finish with very limited snagging issues. I will definitely be using Modernization again!
