Unfortunately whilst Octavio was quick to arrange time to quote and provide a price which we agreed to, we have not had any luck with contacting him to agree a date to do the work and is now not responding to texts, calls or WhatsApp messages.

Wooden Decking
I'm so happy with the job Octavio has done - he's done everything really well. Shows up first thing and gets straight to it, worked hard has completed it all to a very high standard. He's so polite and easy to have around to work in your home and was very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will definitely use him again.
Garden Office / Studio Construction
Octavio did a fantastic job of creating a new garden office from our existing garage, new insulated walls, ceiling and floor, laminate flooring, skirting and plastering. Thank you!
Garage Conversion
Octavio was very hard working, reliable and easy to work with. We now have a lovely ground floor en suite bedroom as well as a new shed, garden gate, refitted porch and laundry cupboard. He was very helpful with tiling suggestions and the finish of his work is of an excellent standard. We would certainly work with him again.
External Tiling
Overall tiled path looks good. We are happy with the finished result. Octavio was easy to work with.
