Optima

Very good on the day & fixing any issues.

We had five quotes for a replacement boiler. Optima told us what boiler to have the others asked us what we wanted. Only two realised that our current gas supply was too small and Optima checked the condenser overflow to ensure it contained lime to remove acid. On average the plumbers we met spent less than fifteen minutes looking at the problem. Optima went inside the house and spent over an hour checking all aspects of the central heating and hot water system. They were the second lowest quote.

Carried out to an exceptional standard. The team worked very hard, kept the areas clean and tidy, and were completely in accordance with the estimate. We would be happy to recommend this firm.

Overall, the experience with Optima was excellent. Tom, Harry and Paul we very friendly and got on with the job effectively, professionally and without any fuss. I would highly recommend them anytime, as the service they all offered was very good and the quote for the boiler was very reasonable. My home is now lovely and warm. Thanks guys, an excellent job!
