Unfortunately we are unable to give a positive review. Work to build a garden Room began in Jan 2021 & remains unfinished 16 months later Delays were inevitable with the pandemic but progress in the last 8 months has been painfully slow with unexplained delays and no progress at all since mid December. We had to query an invoice, which includes work that was not quoted for or not carried out at all but they do not respond to our emails & make no effort to resolve the situation. Cannot recommend them.

Quality of work was excellent

Nightmare project management Took 11 weeks not 4, SIPS panels don't fit the base very well. Can't recommend them in my experience.

Did a brilliant job. Every person was professional and worked to a high and covid safe standard. Would highly recommend OWD.
uPVC Windows & Door
Matt is a fantastic salesman, he new exactly what to show us. Great bloke. All the lads who came and fitted were great workers they tidied up after themselves each night. The windows and doors look fantastic. We had a couple of issues due to the time of year they were installed, but they have worked hard to rectify the problems. They replaced some soffits and facias, will be coming back o do the rest. Great job lads!

Hi John , after our vist we dont think the system we have showed you would work, and the extra work thats for the wet room is not somthing we can take on .we wish you all best with your project regards owd

Unfortunately my job is not within their remit so can not comment on thiet workmanship, but at least they were honest and quick to let me know this
