The engineer visited our property and repaired our comby boiler with diligence and have spent extra effort and time to resolve the issue. We would definitely rely on his professional approach and would recommend him to other people in the area. Very promptly reacting and responsive.

Overcharged for a job by £100. I didn’t realise until after I’d paid (I assumed the difference was down to VAT). When I pointed it out they admitted as much but refused to refund the difference, claiming they had done an extra bit of work on the boiler (which, even if they did, they didn’t discuss with me). Very disappointing.

Sorry to hear about your disappointment using our services, however the engineer on site did try to help you as much as possible fixing leaks inside the unserviced boiler free of charge! We did inform mr devlin parts can be very expensive and sometimes parts are very awkward to replace so it depends on the model. The engineer did find numerous faults on the boiler which was identified to yourself and also we never charged call out charge due to the expense of parts and Labour
