What we thought was a big problem turned out to be a minor job and was sorted within 10 mins of Mr Bithal arriving.
Completely waste of time with this guy. He took the job and issued me an appointment for the next day but failed to attend. When I tried ringing him he did not answer his phone. I would advise anyone who needs work done not to waste their time with this guy.
Didn't realise there's a call out charge but other than that very happy with the communication
