My name is Scott Murphy and I am the proud owner of Pilot Heating Solutions Falkirk.
Having worked in the Heating and Water Services Industry for over 10 years, I recently chose to setup my own business to give me greater control over my work and allow me to spend more time with my young family. I offer a high standard of workmanship at a competitive price and will always go the extra mile for my customers.
Pilot Heating Solutions have experience in all areas of Gas work, as well as chemical treatment and legionella control.
Due to our location we are able to undertake work throughout the central belt. Pilot Heating Solutions are fully insured and professionally certified.

Hi Gordon, Thank you for your feedback. As a business we sometimes have to decline to work with a customer for certain reasons. Our engineer reported that during your conversation you had self diagnosed the issue with your boiler and were dismissive of his advice as to what the more likely cause would be. We felt it best to allow you to find another company to hopefully help you with your repair. Kind regards

Scott is communicative, kept me updated from first visit to final installation. He and his company did a great job at a competitive price. I recommend him, and would use him again.

Really friendly, quick to get in touch and give a quote. He got on with the job in hand and I'm delighted with the results. Am planning on hiring him again for another job in the near future.

Scott came out and gave us a competitive quote to replace 2 radiators. Turned up when he said he would and, despite several issues outwith his control, methodically worked through each issue with us offering possible solutions. Very pleased with the outcome and hope to get him to replace other radiators in the future, as long as this job hasn't put him off. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would.
