I found Ruslan to be honest, reliable, thorough and efficient and generally a very nice guy to deal with. He was prompt and finished the work when he said he would. I am delighted with the new bathroom refurbishment, it was a complete rip out and start again, insulation, plastering, plumbing, tiling etc and while there were a couple of very minor things, overall I couldn't be happier. I'm looking to do my kitchen in the near future and I'll be asking Ruslan for a quote no doubt.
