We initially sought a quote for a boiler replacement but based on the advice & comments from Sam Cory, we have deferred the replacement and instead had a boiler service & power flush carried out. This is our first encounter with Sam - early days but so far I'm very happy with his apparent honesty and openness. We may well have him back next year for boiler servicing or replacement.
