Excellent service good job well done.
Not happy with the quality of fitting of door handle fitted. Door handle had one screw only on one side and the door is so stiff it isn't closing. The lock doesn't even turn fully. Came to fit three locks but left after fitting one saying it's taking too long. He was so rushed and I don't really understand why he took my job on if he couldn't commit to time. Cleaned up after himself which is a positive but took the door handle he removed with him which was only fitted 4 months ago and was near as new.
Outside drain unblocking; same day arrival. Well priced, problem found and fixed quickly. Great service, would recommend to others.
Would highly recommend prestige locks. One hour after my phone call he was here and because it was an old door he had to work his magic to get it fixed. It's all working fantastic now. Thankyou for doing a great job
