Gas Boiler - Repair
Dom from Pure Boilers responded promptly to my enquiry about a leak on my boiler even though it was Sunday and Ny Eve. Despite it not being an emergency, he came out the next working day. He gave details of the different solutions and I chose to have a new boiler installed which he ordered the same day and fitted 2 days later. Dom is very professional, and kept me informed of the costs before carrying out the work. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Dominic is knowledgeable, professional and thorough.. a rare commodity these days. He was quick to respond to our request and was able to fit us in immediately. He diagnosed faults with our central heating system that previous plumbers had missed, got us back up and running on the first visit, and carefully explained why another visit was needed to replace an expansion vessel that was the root-cause our heating problems.
