Hi,
I would just like to introduce our organisation PWR Property Services. We specialize in the plumbing, electrical and security sectors. Each of us has been specializing in our respected trades for a combined 15 years. Our ever-growing client list includes reputed organisations mainly in the City of Sunderland but we are looking to now expand across the whole of the North East.
The services we provide vary in each different sector of the business. The plumbing services we provide can stem from general maintenance such changing a valve to fitting a new heating system, the same as the electrical side of things from changing a socket to a rewire or an EICR and the same goes for the security side of things, you may just want a camera upgrade or an entire security system installing, no job is too big or too small for our lads. If there is anything you need doing in any of the sectors we cover or have any general questions, please do not hesitate to reach out, we will be more than happy to answer any questions or provide a free quotation on the works you require.

Steve came and changed my radiator to a different size so had to change the size of the gap between the two pipes. Very good work sir.
Power Showers and Pump
PWR lads turned up. Assessed the job and realised we needed a complete new shower. They sourced a new shower and fitted it. Over the moon with the job and the price. Would 100% recommend them. Very professional and left the job clean and tidy. Will use them again.
Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Good communication. Fitted a new shower as planned then were happy to do an extra job as I asked them to look at a leaking toilet and they fixed it there and then as had the right part in the van. Happy customer.
