Ramzi contacted me not long after I posted the job first thing in the morning, arrived earlier than he first estimated, identified the issue and fixed it quickly, explaining a few things about the heating system too.
Quick reaction, knew exactly what he was doing and wuickly fixed the problem. Also a further unknown problem was highlighted.
Yes he turned up first time ,and second time but would not return when it was still not working properly. Only interested in being paid which I did before asking him back again third time . But still wouldn't come back .
Ramzi came to service our gas boiler. He turned up on time. Explained everything that he was doing with the service. Really nice chap. Highly recommended.
