Risk was actually the only person willing to do what I asked (investigate what was wrong with my conservatory). Everyone else just wanted to rip off the roof and replace it. Ended up getting a suitable report which I was able to submit to my credit card insurance. Rick then returned to replace the old faulty roof and found a number of issues with the original build (and resolved them)., Took longer than expected due to lockdown, but happy with the end result.
Very happy with the work, well done to a high standard. Even did some things I hadn't asked for and did not charge me. Would recommend and employ again on other jobs.
Quoted on a scrap of paper and then sent it by text and never returned to further quotes not reliable for me
