Rhys was excellent; he first came to look at the works I needed in detail. Which after provided a detailed quote. He took the time to explain things when I did not understand. He gave the available options of what could be done and also provided his recommendation. He worked extremely clean and was really dedicated to his work. Really happy with how he has replaced a consumer unit, all cables where neat and tidy. I will be hiring him again as I have more electrical work.

Sorry to say that this contractor asked to be paid immediately on completing the work in return for supplying the necessary electrical certificate which was part of the job (installation of consumer unit and new light fitting). I have spent numerous means of contacting this contractor by telephone, text and WhatsApp. Work was completed some weeks ago and I cannot get either a receipt for my payment or a copy of the certificate for the electrical work. I have now raised this complaint to the NICEIC.

Rhys has made our new house safe & up to regs with installing a new consumer unit and then a house alarm.
