Slate & Tiled Roof
RM provided a good service. Richard quoted a cost on first inspection then on checking through the work on the day informed me that there was areas that were not as bad as first thought-adjusted the cost accordingly. Very satisfied with the job and honesty.

I would like to have the review i placed on the 5Aug23 revoked. The reason for this is that i discovered an area on the roof that had not been repaired. I contacted RM Prop Maint on two separate occasions to explain that there was still a hole in the roof. They said they would come out and have a look but never turned up. During the recent storm a few weeks ago two of the hip tiles were blown from the roof (a part of the the roof that RM repaired). Had to hire a company to replace them + the hole.

Had a meeting with RM. Provided apology and discount for the tiles that were blown from the roof. Guaranteed their work going forward. Everything now resolved.
