Rebuild of brick porch and roof - Steve offered a good price compared to the other quotes we had. He was able to start the job in good time and always let me know in advance when he was going to be on site. The work was done to a good standard and Steve always showed up early and put in a solid days work. He kept the site tidy throughout. We had a few issues through the build that we sorted eventually but Steve was happy to sort these out as long as they were discussed first. Overall would recommend!

After 2 years the porch is sinking due to insufficient foundations. Builder Steve now refuses to contact me as he has moved to Spain. Unlikely. Buyers beware Steve will give you a good price but I would not use him again for any work requiring more than cosmetic.

first of all i havent moved to spain,first i know about this after 2 years . for some reason pictures shown the old porch
