I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.
Brilliant job started and completed in good time.
From start to finish very pleased with the professionalism from them . A bit more expensive than a few others but worth it very clean workmanship no mess left. Would highly recommend friendly service that you get.
Outstanding work from start to end. Phone call made John came out with in the hour checked what work was needed organised the works to be carried out. Went above and beyond very trustworthy honest reliable. Highly recommend John and Roofsmart system to anyone.
Really helpful and well organised they even came out again to complete a water test to appease my neighbour. Happy with the completed job and price.
