As locally based, Neil was able to fit the work in between other jobs at the time. Work completed to an excellent standard and at the price agreed.

Neil gave me a call in the morning and came and sorted the problem as he was in the area that day. He sorted the issue quickly and I cannot fault him.

Neil has has not got back to me about the big problems he has caused with x2 projects. one being a floor and a wall on another project. He said that if I pay him he can then come back and rectify the issues. I pay him in good faith and He seems to have now blocked my number and blocked my messages. I have now had to contact another tiler to sort his mess out. I'm really angry about how he has dealt with this. I would avoid as if there is a problem he will not come back to sort it.
