Skylark Building & Renovation

Chay carried out a significant refurb to my investment property in Armley. He fitted a new roof, bathroom and kitchen to a high standard. Also knocked down kitchen/living room wall and installed LSJ in swift fashion. Other works included re-plastering of the top and middle floor bedrooms, the bathroom and kitchen ceiling. He also installed new radiators, new sockets and carried out first fix on electrics. Truly a jack of all trades, and a great bloke with great work ethic. Would highly recommend.

Perfect job. Done very professionally and quickly. Really helpful guy and flexible.

Did a really good job of fitting laminate in our kitchen, hall and downstairs bathroom. Friendly, punctual and all round great experience. Highly recommended!

Chay has just completed an update of my downstairs cloakroom/loo. He is multi skilled, tiling wall and floor, replacing toilet and radiator and fitting large mirror. I couldn't be happier with his excellent work , cleanliess and timeliness. I found him to be honest and really reasonably priced . I am very grateful for his professionalism and chilled , amiable nature. I highly recommend.
