Chay carried out a significant refurb to my investment property in Armley. He fitted a new roof, bathroom and kitchen to a high standard. Also knocked down kitchen/living room wall and installed LSJ in swift fashion. Other works included re-plastering of the top and middle floor bedrooms, the bathroom and kitchen ceiling. He also installed new radiators, new sockets and carried out first fix on electrics. Truly a jack of all trades, and a great bloke with great work ethic. Would highly recommend.

Floor Tiling
Chay has just completed an update of my downstairs cloakroom/loo. He is multi skilled, tiling wall and floor, replacing toilet and radiator and fitting large mirror. I couldn't be happier with his excellent work , cleanliess and timeliness. I found him to be honest and really reasonably priced . I am very grateful for his professionalism and chilled , amiable nature. I highly recommend.
