  Carried out a re-roofing job for me a few years ago. Said they would rip up and recover a flat roof area. Looked ok at the time. Now it appears he never pulled up the old, didn’t insulate it as agreed and just fitted new single ply membrane over the top of old flat roof. Trims are now falling off and roof is leaking. Lied to me and now won’t answer calls. Currently in the process of reporting to RP and trading standards.

Hi what can I say met Henry and as luck would have it he had a job canceled so he could get his team on the job within a few days agreed a price but unlucky for me the Timbers were rotten his team sorted it straight away,cost more than expected but a good job done. In and out within days. The only thing I would suggest when getting a quote is ask if they would know if anything else could be wrong with the roof as you can’t see an with experience they would know . Would recommend many thanks
