You can see why Smith & Son get a good rating. You get a friendly builder that does a good job. We employed him to fit a steel beam and a door lintel. The site was tidied up on completion and advice was given about covering the beam and contacting building control. Thanks Ian and team, great job, thoroughly recommended.
Garden Wall
Thoroughly recommend Ian and his family team. Thoughtful, hard working, friendly and excellent quality. They built our retaining wall (720 blocks, 300 bricks and render) with no fuss to an excellent standard and were a pleasure to have on site. Don't hesitate to use them.

Unreservedly recommend . An excellent job done removing a large Kitchen wall , fitting an RSJ , and making good . Good communication, fair price, on time . and minimum disturbance.

Cleaning up would have earnt you a 5 star , Would still recommend Ian though . Thanks for removing my lintel and replacing with a catnik , Face brickwork has had great comments from neighbors too.
