Viktor arrived just a few hours after first contact, and it was immediately apparent that he was someone who really knew his trade. The problem was a leak from a built-in toilet. He found the leak came from the down-pipe from the cistern inside the cupboard and that this had caused the floorboards underneath to rot. He identified what needed to be done and gave us advice on further steps to take, which we are following up. I highly recommend him.

Brilliant. Great communication before and during the job. Spent a great deal of time in finding the leak we had under the bath, explained all options and took great care to do a complete job. Highly recommend and will use again for any similar work.
