Very poor and I am not convinced that he knew what he was talking about. He attended site quickly and promised a quote but one has never materialised. I think the job was totally beyond him as he talked about putting a 'big girder' in rather than talking about a structural engineer. I am confident in DIY and I know more than he did. I would not trust this mam to do work for me. He doesn't even wear boots!!

Plans were submitted and following a site visit Steve quoted for the job. Steve was very accommodating and I was able to view several of his build before agreeing to proceed. Steve proactively engaged with Building Control, with only minor rectification work post final inspection, which Steve completed immediately. All-in-all Steve and his team did an exceptional job with an excellent finish and quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve to friends or using his services again.
