External Lighting
Kaz was booked to repair an outdoor floodlight at 10:30am but cancelled shortly after the appointment time, saying another job had taken priority. We rescheduled for the following day, but he was again over an hour late and offered no apology, blaming traffic. When he arrived, he damaged several garden lights and refused a reasonable request to remove his shoes before entering. We therefore asked him to leave. The repair was not completed, exposed wiring remained, and we were left with additional damage.
