Terry responded quickly to my plea, came to look at it straight away, explained the problem and gave us a written report of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The work was done really quickly and well, and both Terry and his plasterers were great. They turned up when they said they would and tidied up after themselves. We were very pleased with the whole experience.
