U&U Construction LTD

One to be careful with is the electrician Ben. The work seems alright, but his advise left us with excessive lighting in Kitchen and sitting room and our decision against TV sockets in ALL rooms was interpreted as NO TV and phone socket at all, which then later had to be added at extra cost and left the choice of suppliers limited. His crew also did the plumbing and the bathroom installation and the later was not done to the general standard of U&U constructions work.

We would recommend U&U Construction Ltd unreservedly. A huge and deserving thank you to Sefe and his team for understanding what we needed and working with us to achieve it - the whole house was gutted and renewed and new loft ext. Our experience with the Company has been a very successful one and has shown us that there are excellent companies out there that will deliver a fantastic job, on budget and on time. If you are considering a large project, do not hesitate in using them, you will not regret it.

Very good builder. Work finished to quality and in time. Sefe was good with his suggestions and helped us to get the best results. Sefe was very approachable during the project and was on top of the week on week progress of the building work. Would love to use U&U Construction again for our next phase of building works.

Sefe did a great job and I will happily recommend him and use him again.

Working with Sefe was a dream! From our first meeting, it was apparent that he knew his "stuff" and was keen to deliver as promised. We had a 3 month extension project that came in on time and was a top quality job, done with excellent attention to detail The great thing about working with Sefe and his team, is the professionalism and partnership in the project. When problems came up, Sefe was on hand to work things out and come up with solutions. We would definitely recommend him to others!
