Dave’s team removed structural walls, levelled the floor, replaced an old extension roof and installed BI Folds, increasing the size of our kitchen, adding a WC and utility. The team were approachable and helpful, ensuring we were happy with everything. All aspects of the job were organised and managed by Dave, and he ensured building control completed their checks when required. The costs were all in line with our quote. The finished kitchen is outstanding, thanks to Dave and the team for their hard work!

House Extension
We chose Weardale Construction to renovate our bungalow as they were first past the post in submitting a quotation. Their quote was the most competitive and they were able to start earlier than the other two firms. Dave and his team went above and beyond during the course of the work. His team of tradesmen meant that he did not have to sub-contract out any work which would have prolonged the exercise. His lads were competent, friendly and flexible. Dave's knowledge, experience and advice were indispensable.

I would definitely recommend weardale construction. Dave and his team built my extension and fitted my new bathroom . All done to the highest of standards . I found the biggest benefit was that they covered all trades which meant we didn’t have to wait for any sub contractors for anything . I found all the lads helpful and willing to try and deliver everything I requested . It’s always a worry trying to find a good builder . But I can’t recommend highly enough.

Dave cannot do enough to get the job done a great group of tradesmen. All the lads are very friendly and approachable any problems have been sorted quickly. Once main job cleared area tidied up well. Have had loads of problems with Wrenn kitchens and Dave has had to come back and sort them but hasn't complained and has kept me and my wife positive.
