Ben communicated well. He arrived at the agreed time and did exactly what he was asked in a very professional and efficient manner. When the work was completed Ben submitted what we considered a very reasonable invoice. I would be pleased to have him do other work for me and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good, reliable electrician.

BEST Electrical called us within minutes of me posting a request for a electrician and arranged a suitable time for all to carry out the work. Extra work was required as a result of the inspection and BEST Electrical were very understanding of our needs to get the work done quickly and arranged to come early the following day to carry out the work. I have no hesitation in recommending BEST Electrical, and will use them in the future and have already told my friends so they can use him as well. Excellent.

Very friendly and amenable. Brad gave a fair price for some additional work while he was here and we were very happy with the work. He communicated with us through the whole job to make sure we were happy with what was being done. Will hire again.

The shower installation, completed for my father in law by Mr Richard Cadwgan of Sparked Out Electrical was faultless! He was extremely reliable and kept me informed at all times on the progress as this was being carried out for someone with dementia. This enabled me to discuss the arrangements and the timing of the visit so that it ran smoothly. When we moved into our new house we needed power in the shed for the washing machine etc and a few other small jobs. Lee gave us a very reasonable quote and arranged to do the work the following weekend. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and worked almost non-stop. He did everything we had asked, plus a couple of additional jobs, and it all looks and works great. His work is very neat and he tidied up as he went along. We wont hesitate to recommend Lee and will definitely ask him first in future.
