Hard working, professional, friendly, proactive and gave honest and helpful advice so we ended up with a better job than we'd originally spec'd. Marco did a downstairs loo install, full bathroom refit and some electrical work for us. The electrician was very pragmatic and helpful and usefully, was qualified to certify his own work. He was well presented and respectful of the house, and also competitively priced. In a nutshell, Marius and his team are great. They're kind, respectful and Marius is always available to answer every question you have - he def is the most knowledgeable builder I've spoken to. You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.
