Sam and his team did a great job with a full rewire of a house for me. They have done everything I asked at a reasonable price even with a couple of small changes during the job. I have also had two of my neighbours say how respectful they had been towards them, in regards to unavoidable noise and van parking. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

Booked for next day, 12-6 Tuesday. Technician didn't turn up, phoned to say it would be Wednesday. Wednesday phoned to say it would be Thursday. Turned up Thursday, did half the job then said was done, without doing the EICR. Phoned the office, said they didn't have the testing equipment to the EICR, so would be Friday, Didn't turn up Friday, called by manager at 5pm to say sorry but his task list was three days long and so could he get it rescheduled for Monday. So I wasted two half days.
